In March 2009 I worked as Editor on the Wildeye Big Cat Film Safari in the Masai Mara, Kenya. Along with Wildeye founder - and all-round wildlife filmmaking guru - Piers Warren, and Wildlife Cameraman Gavin Thurston, we saw and filmed a veritable feast of animals. The Beach Taken By The Land
I edited this documentary for CTV Perth, Australia in 2006. The programme documents the fight to stop developers from building a marina out on the seabed of Coogee, Western Australia, which would have destroyed the beach, the coral reef, and the huge variety of wildlife that depend on it. This programme won The Western Australian Screen Award for Best Community Programme 2006. Produced by Tibor Meszaros.
Tsunami
This documentary was shot in Sri Lanka by Other Half Productions. Jo Galbraith hired a double decker bus to take her crew of circus performers around some of the worst hit areas of Sri Lanka, visiting tsunami refugees. Along with the Unicef aid vehicle and the doctors who were on hand, Jo's team provided a little entertainment and fun through games, workshops and performances. I edited this documentary for them on their return to the UK.

Science World 2010
Fisher Science World was held at Wembley Stadium this year. It was another success with 74 exhibitors and 800 visitors. The guest speakers this year were Robert Winston and David Bellamy, take a look at their interviews in the documentary section!
